Bethany M. Wyrick
Professional resume
While I do not currently work in a library, I worked for four years studying library core values, principles, issues, and trends. As an undergrad, I also worked as a student assistant in the Belk Library at Appalachian State University from 2009 - 2011.
I believe that to excel in this profession, you must have more than just a love for books. You must be creative, resilient, and have the ability and willingness to work with people. I hope that what I do may inspire others regarding the value of literacy and public libraries.
